For the most accurate and efficient propeller repair:  the Prop Eye and the Prop Machine
The Prop Straightener
The constant force and accurate placement of the hydraulic cylinders work independently on the X and Y axis and can be placed anywhere on the blade surface. They allow the operator to make any potential adjustment effectively without needing to heat the propeller. This independent operation allows the use of one cylinder as a heel while the other cylinder bends the blade. Since the blade is held rigidly, it is possible to use one cylinder as a heel so that a rawhide hammer can be used with vibration eliminated. By allowing the operator to watch the amount of blade movement along with the ability to precisely place both heel and press cylinders on the blade surface, accurate adjustment is a straightforward procedure.

2 Models Available:
PSM40 - props 15" to 40" in diameter
PSM60 - props 15" to 60" in diameter
Through the patented design of the mounting spindle, the prop can be rotated 360 degrees and rapidly gauged and marked (utilizing either a drop gauge, pitch gauge, or the Prop Eye laser scanner) while still mounted in the machine. The cradle of the machine tilts to allow heeling at a 90 degree angle to the blade surface and accommodates right or left hand rotation propellers of varying diameter.
The Prop Straightener comes complete with special cylinder rod end attachments to accommodate over-lapping blades and for better support of blade area when higher forces are required.   The bending and heeling cylinders are precisely controlled using hydraulic hand lever valves. The positioning of the cylinders is accomplished through adjustment of hand wheels. Though the controls on the Prop Straightener are simple and straightforward, operator training is essential for safe and efficient use.
